Furniture Hire

One of Inspire Hire’s most unique services is the hire of furniture. Traditionally Brides have had little choice apart from the traditional banqueting chairs, with chair cover and sash.

Inspire Hire have a fantastic new range of furniture in stock which include the Louis Ghost and Victoria Ghost chairs. These are a stunning modern and funky range of furniture, which will definitely get your guests talking! The transparent and comfortable chairs are ideal to fit in with your overall theme for the day.  

Also available to hire is a range of  ‘Bubble Club’ furniture, this includes sofas, armchairs and side tables. These will create a relaxed and informal seating area for guests in any venue indoors or outdoors. Create a real impact on your guests with this designer furniture.

Louis Ghost & Victoria Ghost chairs and their funky counterparts the Bubble Club range of Sofas, Armchairs and tables are made by Italian company Kartel, and are super strong, durable and are equally at home indoors or outdoors.

Venue Styling

1)Complete Bespoke Venue Styling

To compliment the hiring side of the business, we also offer a bespoke event styling service. This will involve a completely unique and tailored service for any wedding beginning with the initial consultation and offering advice on every aspect, including floral arrangements and styling right through to the big day.

We work with you to come up with a plan of how you would like your venue decorated and then we do all the decoration and venue styling the days before your wedding.

2)We help you Do it Yourself

This service is also bespoke and designed to meet your needs. We will help you plan your venue decorations, then on the day before your wedding we will come along with all the items you have hired, and help you set up for your big day. You provide the labour force of family and friends but Inspire Hire take the pressure of organising who does what and what goes where.

Planning & Design Consultation 

Director of the business Elle says “I always recommend a planning and design session at your chosen event venue. I can bring a table and a selection of decorations for you to choose from for your final theme. This allows me to see your venue and asses the work required, and allows you to see your chosen decorative items in a real situation.”


Terms & Conditions

Delivery
For DIY hire delivery is charged at 40p per mile from our Wadebridge HQ. Collection can also be arranged.
Complete Bespoke Venue Styling
This service is bespoke , and cost will depend upon the decorative scheme you choose. Please contact us for a quote.
We Help you Do it Yourself
This service is based on one person assisting you to set up and decorate your venue and where necessary to create simple floral arrangements. We can source and collect flowers if required. The cost of this service is based on one days labour at £18 an hour, allow at least 10 hours for the average wedding or event. This does not include hire of decorative items or cost of floral arrangements. Some more complicated decorative schemes may require more than one days work.
Planning & Design Consultation
There is a cost of £25 which is refundable against your final invoice when you book the Complete Venue Styling Service. I also ask for 40p a mile to cover travelling expenses which is non refundable.
Booking
To secure a booking, we will require a 40% non refundable booking fee. The balance of the final amount is due two weeks prior to your event.A damage deposit is taken of 10% of your booking fee or £100 whichever is the greater amount. Breakages and damage will be charged at replacement cost of product.

Inspire Hire’s owner Elle Winsor-Grime ( recently wed herself!), is a very passionate and creative person when it comes to weddings and events, who totally understands your dreams and will help you in achieving the perfect look with a fantastic eye for detail and attention.

Elle has been styling weddings and events for several years. Previous assignments have included styling an exotic beach wedding in South Africa and a  wedding in a ruined castle in Scotland! Elle brings a creative flair and sense of style to any event.  With years of experience in the customer service industry Elle understands the importance of excellent service and  aims to make the decorative side of organising your wedding or event easy and stress free.
